You should see a folder named HJ_InputSteamVR_Patch in there.
If you want to verify you did things correctly check the mods folder. Just extract the files manually into the "steamapps\common\Blade & Sorcery\" folder or use the Vortex mod manager but make sure you have the extension "Game: Blade & Sorcery" version 0.2.8 or higher. Unfortunately, this mod has to replace original files and therefore can't be installed normally. It also populates the "gripAxis" value with the trigger pull on the native Oculus version.
